The reservations are made directly on our website or via telephone. A credit card is not necessary to make the reservation, it is obligatory at the time of signing the contract.
Free of charge by calling: 0034 951 768 758 / 0034 627 555 125 or by sending an email to info@goodmorningrentacar.com. In both cases you must effect the same as far in advance as possible, at least 24 hours in advance.
All our rates include comprehensive insurance with excess and the amount of franchise depends on the group of the vehicle that you choose to rent (read the conditions). There is the possibility of a comprehensive insurance WITHOUT excess which offers a better guarantee for an additional charge. (For more information see conditions).
If you take the insurance + excess, the amount of the said excess will be charged as a guarantee (or deposit). The amount of the deposit is equal to the franchise required according to the car group. When the vehicle is returned and after verifying that there is no damage, the deposit will be returned immediately to the same credit card. If you take type A comprehensive insurance (without excess), a deposit will not be required.
Our representatives will be waiting for you at the arrivals area. They will be waiting for you holding a sign with your name written on it, in order to easily identify you and avoid confusion with other companies. Also at the time of the reservation we will contact you by e-mail to confirm the details of the collection of the vehicle.
NO. You must return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel that it had when you collected it. We do not do business with fuel.
We will confirm the car group (cars with similar specifications), but not the type of vehicle. You can indicate on the observations the type of car you prefer and we will do our best to offer it to you if it is available.
You have to return the vehicle at the time and place indicated in the contract or by our representative. In case of delays or changes in the schedules, please contact us and we will reorganize the time of delivery. (See conditions for delay in delivery).
To extend your rental period, you must call our reservations department 34 951 768 758, at least 24 hours before the expiry of the contract and our staff would inform about the process (checking availability). It is necessary to avoid the expiry of the contract for the rental period in order to avoid the expiry of the insurance of the vehicle.
Yes. We accept money in cash, but it is essential to count with a valid credit card that belongs to the main holder of the contract as guarantee of the payment.

In our company, the second driver is free.
Our company offers an unlimited mileage within the Autonomous Community of Andalucía and Gibraltar.
You can only travel to Gibraltar outside Spain and within the Autonomous Community of Andalucía.
The client is responsible for installing additional accessories, in accordance with Spanish law. In case of accident, the company assumes no responsibility for the said installation.
